Allen-Vanguard offers an extensive range of non-magnetic tools, with certified kits for use in explosives ordnance disposal (EOD) and uncertified kits intended for a variety of sectors such as fire, energy, mining, marine and medical. The kits are manufactured from alloys, making them non-magnetic, non-sparking and non-corrosive. Various items are available in both the uncertified and certified series, including wrenches, screw-drivers, pliers and hammers. Specially designed tools are available for EOD use, from spanner/wrench sets, to excavation kits. All tools in the series are individually certified to NATO STANAG 2897 EOD Annex C and have been developed specifically to meet the demands of NATO EOD units. They enable bomb disposal technicians to tackle both older unexploded ordnance (UXO) and more modern weapons and devices that pose a threat of external hazards or explosion.
